  1. Years ago, when I was completely vegetarian I HAD to be inventive- the great thing about it is that it conditioned me to continue with "home cooking." Yes every now and then there is a :( but all-in-all the benefits are well worth the occasional disaster: I know what is in our meal, it has positive "energy" (which now can be proven scientifically) and it enhances my creative efforts.
